Gabion wire mesh machine,also named stone cage net machine, is the special equipment to produce the hexagonal wire netting mesh.
It features are stable operation, low noise, automatic stopping for broken wire, broken net and preset length and warning, equal and order mesh, clip ribs at optional location, centralized lubrication, easy operation and maintenance, as well as tight and enduring.
The series gabion mesh machines have been designed to make gabion mesh of various widths and mesh sizes. The possible coatings are heavily galvanized and zinc. For high corrosion resistance, zinc and PVC, galfan coated wire is available.We can manufacture gabion machine according to customer request.
The heavy-duty hexagonal net knitting machine is controlled by PLC automatically. It has the characteristics of smooth operation, low noise and high efficiency. It is an ideal machine for producing hexagonal net with large size, wide door width and thick silk diameter.

A: The price is depended on 3 factors:wire diameter, mesh size,and mesh width.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A:Usually by T/T ( 30% in advance, 70% T/T before shipment) or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, or cash etc. It is negotiationable.
Q: Do your supply includes installation and debugging ?
A: Yes. We will send our best engineer to your factory for installation and debugging. The cost will be quoted separately if you need such service.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: If we have in stock, delivery to Tianjin port about 5 days, No stock, it will be 30 days after received your deposit.
